Before the blades spin we check filming is allowed.

The fun bit.
Once you sign off, we colour grade, sound mix and send you the finished product
Our drone video production process works to an approximate 3-4 week cycle. We usually spend 1-2 weeks scripting, planning and shooting, the next week editing and the final week reviewing and actioning any feedback and finalising to deliver your finished video.
This is a rough guide and may go up or down depending on the size and scale of the production. To give you an idea, some productions go on for over 12 months and others have been delivered within 24 hours (please don’t ask us to do this again!). At the outset of every project we will ask about your deadlines and plan a clear production schedule to accommodate. We pride ourselves on delivering your videos on time and on budget, with no surprises.
This is probably the most common question we get and the hardest question to answer straight. It depends. Every project is different so the price may be more or less depending on the requirements. Factors that affect the cost include:
Because we are a scalable service model, we are happy to work to a supplied budget. So if you have an allowance please don’t be afraid to let us know and we can find a solution that fits your needs, within your parameters. We are always keen to do a quick quote (with no obligation) so don’t be shy and get in touch!
As much or as little as you like. Some clients like to be fully involved at each stage of the production whereas others enjoy handing everything over to us and focussing on their other work.
We do need a little information from you at the planning stage to make sure we have your budget, story, key messages, all your brand assets and are ready to create something that will align with your objectives. From here your involvement is optional in the scripting, scheduling, filming, talent, style, music, and everything else. When we are getting close will invite you to review a draft edit and provide feedback. We will amend the video to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the end result and hand over the finished product ready for you to share with the world.
We can vary the size of the crew to fit the requirements of each shoot. On average for a talking head style video we would have 2-3 people. A producer/director to conduct the interview and keep things on track throughout the shoot, a camera operator and a sound recordist or lighting assistant if required. For our high end and TVC shoots we can have up to 40 crew on set.
We use broadcast quality 4K video cameras, state of the art microphones, sound kits, lights, studio backdrops and greenscreens. We love trying out the latest and greatest gear to keep up with the rapidly changing technical trends and industry standards.
Yes, we can supply captions/ subtitles! We can supply these as hard coded into your final video or as a separate SRT file so that you can add them to your video when publishing. Using this method means the format will be optimised for viewing across each platform and you can toggle them on or off.
As a default, we supply videos in 16:9 (landscape) high resolution 1080p mp4 files. We are happy to export or convert into any other format you may need. Please let us know at the outset of the project if you require alternate aspect ratios such as 1:1 (square) or 9:16 (portrait, such as Instagram stories) and we will ensure this is considered during filming to allow for the best end result.
We will work with you to find the best people to star in your video production. Whether that is professional talent (such as presenters, actors and voiceover artists), employees from your company or your mum. If required, we will run a complete casting service, conduct auditions, callbacks and manage talent usage and rollovers.
